Heritage University’s Workforce Training and Education division enhances existing worker training opportunities and assists local employers in preparing their employees for increasingly challenging positions within their organizations.

Heritage@WORK provides training programs that prepare our local workforce for success in their fields of choice and to become more skilled and valuable for their employers.

TRAINING TO ENHANCE YOUR BOTTOM LINE

Heritage@WORK is geared to provide your employees with the knowledge and skills needed to take on more challenging roles in your organization.

CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM

The flexibility of Heritage@WORK means that your program is tailored to meet your specific needs. Everything from the training, to the curriculum, to the materials are developed to meet your individual goals. Depending on the program you choose, the training may be completed in as little as a half-day, or over the course of several weeks or even months. Plus, it can be held at your business, at Heritage, or in another convenient location.

COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENTS

The first step in the process is a needs assessment wherein your business’s specific training needs are discovered, and a program tailored to meet these needs is developed. Likewise, your employees’ learning is assessed upon completion of the program to demonstrate competency in the subject matter.
