DESCRIPTION:Get Ready to Be an Eagle!\nNew and Transfer Student Orientation is a series of events\, activities\, and opportunities developed to assist students and their families in transitioning to life at Heritage. During NSO\, you will explore new ideas and concepts\, learn how to get involved\, and explore ways of engaging in your collegiate experience. You will learn important information about academic policies and get the tools you need to be prepared for your first day of courses. You may even discover a new passion! Above all we hope that you will have fun and make friends that last a lifetime. \nAll incoming students are required to attend. \nLocation: Patricia Wade Temple Room in the Gaye and Jim Pigott Commons (campus map) \n8:30 – Event Registration\n9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Orientation\n\nWe will continue to rely on the Yakima County Health District\, as well as State and Federal authorities\, to ensure our plans are consistent with their guidance regarding current Covid-19 protocols.
