DESCRIPTION:The lives and lasting impacts of influential Latina and African American women are brought to life in these three-act theatrical and musical performances by CORE ENSEMBLE. Chamber music theatre based on the lives of three legendary Latin American women: renowned Mexican painter Frida Kahlo\, Argentine poet Alfonsina Storni\, and Salvadoran peasant-activist Rufina Amaya. \nEach performance includes an optional virtual educator’s seminar and an opportunity for your class to meet virtually with members of the cast for a Q and A session prior to the show.
