This is a community-wide celebration. Nonprofit organizations and social service agencies are invited to participate in the community resource fair. Businesses selling food, beverages, arts and crafts and other merchandise are invited to be vendors as the event. Our expected attendance is approximately 500 people, based on previous year’s attendance.

Vendor Information

Space is available for vendors to sell arts and crafts, food, beverages, and general merchandise.
There is a nominal fee of $60 per space.
Each space is 10’ x 10’. Heritage will provide one 6-foot table. Vendors are responsible for providing their own chairs and canopies.
There are a limited number of spaces with electricity available and must be reserved in advance. These are available on a first come first serve basis.
The vendor fee is waived for social service agencies, nonprofit organizations and Heritage University clubs and programs.
Food vendors must comply with Yakima Health Department food safety rules and regulations. A food handler card is required by the County.

Community Resource Fair

The resource fair is open to nonprofit organizations and social service agencies.
Political campaigning and petitioning is NOT allowed at this event.
The vendor fee is waived for resource fair participants.
Activities for kids and families are highly encouraged.
Please provide a gift basket or other items to include in door prize drawings for our guests.
