The Heritage University Physician Assistant Department will be hosting their annual Flu Clinic event on Monday October 12, 2020 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the Heritage University campus.
The Flu Clinic event entrance will be through South McKinley Rd (see map below). Everyone is required to keep their masks on at all times and remain in their vehicles. Once you enter the gate, you will take an immediate left and stop at the first station where you will present your completed Screening/Consent Form and an insurance card. (Please help us save time by completing your form before arriving on campus.) Once that information is gathered, you will move forward toward the end of Simkins Center Building where the PA students will be waiting with the flu vaccine.
