Megan McCormick (She/Her/Hers) is a term faculty member who also works as the Field Placement Coordinator and Mentor Teacher. After earning her BA in English and Political Science at Gonzaga University, Megan worked in Alaska as a volunteer coordinator for a non-profit. Excited to return to the classroom, she went back to Gonzaga to gain her Master in Teaching degree. As a teacher, she worked in middle and high schools in Washington and Idaho as a secondary English instructor. Mostly recently, she earned a Certificate in Editing from the University of Washington and served as a Heritage University Mentor Teacher while also staying home to raise her two children.
