After working as a nurse for 42 years in clinical healthcare I am embarking on a career in the world of academic teaching. I have worked in multiple healthcare settings in the hospital, taught in a hospital education department, and have been privileged to teach health and safety topics to the community. I have always enjoyed teaching and decided to pursue that lifelong dream. I am honored and appreciative that in 2025, Heritage University and the Nursing Program have given me the opportunity to fulfill this dream and impact the nurses of the future.
