Heritage University is proud to support outstanding students in our community who are Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients or undocumented. Our Dreamers Scholarship is specifically designed for these students, who are not eligible for federal financial aid because of their citizenship status. This scholarship provides 100% tuition coverage for up to five years, enabling recipients to complete their first bachelor’s degree. However, it does not cover institutional fees, books, supplies, or living expenses. The Dreamers Scholarship is open to current, new, and transfer students pursuing their first bachelor’s degree. Certificate programs are not eligible.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Candidates will be evaluated on their personal mission statement and GPA. Semi-finalists will be selected from the pool of applicants after a review of their application materials and will be asked to complete WASFA, listing Heritage University (003777) on their application as well as submit official transcripts. Semi-finalists will also be asked to write a minimum 500-word essay and submit two letters of recommendation which will be used to select the recipients.
Applications will be accepted starting October 1, 2026. The deadline to apply is March 1, 2027.
