Course Offerings
Your advisor will work with you to build your pathway, including core, focus and elective courses. Courses in the literature strand may include Women’s Literature, LGBTQ+ Literature, Literature for Young Adults, Native American Literature, Modern Science Fiction, and focus courses on specific author groups. Writing courses reflect contemporary concerns, including Writing for Change: Advocacy and Civic Engagement, Memoir and Narrative Medicine, Poetry, and Creative and Technical Writing. Courses offered will vary by semester.
